Yes. You may access the course for one year from the date you enroll, but you don't have to retake the exam!
The reason we don't charge a renewal fee is that what we teach the first time works in any market any year.
Many of graduates want to access the course after one year. In that case, they are referred to the Basic course, which does not require an exam.
