Why do you not consider what you teach 'sales training'?

Quick Answer: Because New Home Co-brokers don't do the selling. Onsite agents do.

General real estate agents don't stay away from showing new homes because they can't sell. They stay away because they don't trust. They don't trust themselves because we don't trust what we don't understand, as a general rule.

Yet, that does not quench the need for saleable inventory, which new construction represents.

That why we teach a short course on How To Build A New Homes Niche. We take a clear and different view than other training because we come from deep field-tested experience.

For example, we believe learning construction is about as far away from the money a general agent can get. We know that the age-old tradition of 'you must bring the customer first, or you don't get paid' is mostly a myth.

We know how important relationships with onsite teams can be and why many resale shoppers will buy a new home.

We know what to do with renters who want to wait until their lease is up to make a purchase and how they should be advised.  We could go on, but you get the point. None of the above has anything to do with closing skills and everything to do with how to solve inventory-related problems.

That's why our course is all you need. Guaranteed.
