I was able to access the course. Now I can't.

There are a few possible reasons:


 1. Your one-year access to the course has expired.


a.  If you want to renew for course access, you will need to purchase the course again.

b.   If you started but did not complete the course within the one-year access and still want to earn your New Home Co-broker designation, submit a ticket requesting a 30-day extension.

c. If you forgot your screen name, it is your email address.
