Whups! This does not happen often but it happens. We are protective of our certificates to avoid tampering.
The certificate prints your name and how it is spelled in your profile. If you made an honest mistake, please admit it. Don't blame the printer. :)
Please submit a ticket with the name you want on the certificate, and we will set it up so you can download the new one from your training plan.
