How Home Builders Can Increase Co-broker sales

According to just about every valid resource, about 67% of all new homes sold in any give year are sold to home shoppers introduced to new homes sales agents by Realtors. According to a study published in May 2019, 26% of all home shoppers will purchase new construction and not consider a resale while 39% will consider a resale and purchase a new home or consider a new home and purchase a resale. In an earlier study, 67% of 2003 Realtors interviewed said they were not satisfied with home builder sales training.
