A personal letter to homebuilders and condominium builders/developers from David Fletcher,

First, thank you on behalf of the 1.6 million Realtors and some 1.5 additional licensed real estate agents and brokers for all you do to partner with them. You are paying competitive commissions, conducting the model tour, arranging the mortgage financing, writing the contract, and managing the transaction through closing. Amazing.

Here is what we want to do for you:

Make it easy for you to find professional, committed real estate agents who have spent time and money to learn how to serve you, your onsite sale consultants and new home shoppers.

Checklist

Objective - build a professional new home co-broker network to sell my homes or condominiums

  Recruiting Realtors For Your Network

  • Target Certified New Home Co-Brokers in your market or markets
  • To find them, use the letters NHCB to search social media, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Add their contact data to a designated database.
  • Depending on how many NHCBs you find in your market, invite them to a special lunch and presentation just for them.
  • Introduce your onsite team.
  • Let the NHCBs do some talking. Ask about what they would like to know about how you work. Ask them how they work with builders. You will be pleasantly surprised.
  • Ask to see their NHCB certificate. They should have a picture of it on their mobile devices.
  • Ask them what you can do to "help increase their value to new home shoppers. Listen to what they say.

Read some of the testimonials on our home page. These are agents you need on your team. And they need you!

If you want to build instant commonality and trust, have your onsite agents take the same course, put their certificates on their phones, and hang them on in their office or in the sales office.
