We see the day when new home shoppers and undecided resale shoppers wanting professional new home co-broker services will search NHCB to find them.

We see the day when homebuilders moving into new markets and wanting to establish an instant professional co-broker network will search NHCB to find them,

We see the day when residential real estate professionals will be as valuable to new home shoppers as they are to resale shoppers and become professionals in residential real estate, not just resales.

We see brokers/owners with serious retention issues who did not intentionally start offering their agents a path to the proven new home training we offer.

What we see today that is no longer a vision, but a reality:

1. New home construction will be the home of choice, as long as builders buy down mortgage rates

2. New home builders continue to offer closing incentives 

3. Brokers having a hard time moving from resale training to new home training because they think they will lose resale listing emphasis.
