What happens if I fail the How To Build A New Homes Niche exam?

Created by Kevin Ulgenalp, Modified on Tue, 15 Oct 2019 at 08:46 AM by Kevin Ulgenalp

Every exam in our 45-question pool is designed to test your ability to give the right advice or make the right decision when working with home shoppers, onsite sales consultants, and homebuilders.  Every question has to do with a live situation we experienced in the field.

Failing the exam tells you, most importantly, that you are not prepared to earn the designation. If you failed the exam, take a break. Retake it once. If you fail it a second time, you should retake the course, which you can do at no charge.

As a last resort, if you failed it twice, email us at support@newhomecbroker.com and we will review your exam with you.
