What happens if I fail the How To Build A New Homes Niche exam?

Created by David Fletcher, Modified on Mon, 31 Jul 2023 at 11:35 AM by David Fletcher

Every exam in our question pool tests your ability to give the right advice or make the right decision when working with home shoppers, onsite sales consultants, and home builders.  Every question concerns a live situation we experienced in the field.

Most importantly, failing the exam tells you you are unprepared to earn the certification. If you failed the exam, take a break. Retake it once. If you fail it a second time, you should retake the course, which you can do at no charge.

As a last resort, if you failed it twice, with a score of 75, email us at support@newhomecobroker.com, and we will review your exam with you. We may need to ask the question in a better way.
