ABOUT THE EXAM AND CERTIFICATION

Q. How many questions are on the exam?
A. There are 20 multiple-choice questions. No math. Nothing legal.

Q. What is the passing score?
A. 80. You can miss four questions.

Q. May I retake the exam if I fail it?
A. Yes. You may take it twice. If you fail it the second time, you must retake the course. Send us an email and we will set you up for free access.


Q. Does my New Home Co-Broker designation certification need to be renewed every year?
A. No. But be reminded that access to the course will have expired within that year. If you want access, you must repurchase for the price offered on the website at the time.

A. No time limit, but once inside the exam, you cannot go back to the course until you've finished the exam.

Q. May I take the exam before I complete the course?
A. No. You must complete all sections before getting access to the exam.

Q. Do I get a different exam if I have to retake it?
A. Yes. No two exams are alike. They are randomly selected from a pool of 48 questions.

Q. Do I get an instant pass/fail notice?
A. Yes. If you pass, you may download your certificate and Next Steps, to download your logos. If you fail the exam, you are redirected to another exam.


Q. Is there a charge for the certificate?
A. No.Upon passing the exam you may download a jpg of the certificate, which you may use anyway your broker approves. We recommend including it in your listing presentations and showing it to onsite consultants and your new home prospects.

 

Q. What do you charge for logos?
A. These are also included in the price and are available via a link in several convenient formats to be used on your business cards, website, or whatever your broker approves.

A. Next Steps is a pdf you may download as our 'thank you' for your business. We provide links to your logos, links to new homes inventory, recommended links to help you market your certification, and provide a step by step process to  write and publish your listings, your certification, or news about your market,
