The course author is David Fletcher, a retired Realtor who spent his 30-year career listing condominium and single-family communities, recruiting, training, and supervising full-time sales teams selling more than $3 billion in new homes. 


He got his start in real estate when a large condominium builder in St. Petersburg, Fl, bought his marketing company and named him project manager of Bay Island. During his three years here, he became executive vice president and was president of the Florida Condominium Developer's Council.
