NHCB Marketing Checklist (graduates only).
- Add the letters NHCB behind your name. Homebuilders and onsite agents are searching for our graduates. Home shoppers are learning to do the same.
- Download your logos and use them on your website and social media
- Download your NHCB certificate. Take a picture of your certificate so you have it on your phone. Show it to builders and home shoppers to prove that you spent time and money learning to work with them.
- Search LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to see how our graduates use the NHCB designation
- Search NHCB on YouTube to see how our graduates use the designation in videos
- Start building your preferred builder list, like you were trained to do.
- What is already working for you that you can share with your fellow graduates? Send your ideas in a ticket, and we may add them to the checklist.
- NEW: Check out our blogs with the NHCB logo. These blogs are written specifically for you to link to your blog, website, or email, adding a touch of new home reality to your services. These blogs answer questions that build trust and confidence in your certification.
- Questions like What down NCHB stand for? What are the benefits of working with a certified new home co-broker? Be sure to copy and paste those links to your site.
- Check out the blog section above. You will see what we mean. Your suggestions for blog topics we can address that help you make more sales, with less stress.
