What is the final exam like?

The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions related to course content. There is no math, no dates, and no law.

The passing grade is 80. Your score is instantly available. You may retake the exam as often as needed. The course questions are not timed so you may take the exam at your leisure. 

You are being tested to prove what you have learned you can apply in the field. Every question concerns your understanding of becoming a truly professional Realtor working with less stress and more confidence with new home shoppers and onsite sales consultants.

Once you pass the exam, you may download your New Home Co-Broker certificate and logo. Add the NHCB letters behind your name so the search engines and others can find you.
